Mezza / Ginsburg Collaboration
I met Vittorio Mezza (Rome, Italy) at a masterclass in New York in 2009. Since then our collaboration has led to performances in Italy, a recording project, further performances and two international tours including participation in the National Arts Jazz Festival in Grahamstown, South Africa.

This band performs the music of the great South African jazz players including Abdullah Ibrahim, Bheki M'seleku, Winston Ngozi Mankunku, Bokani Dyer, Bruce Cassidy, Victor Ntoni, Miriam Makeba, Hugh Masakela and more.
The band features Mark Ginsburg (saxophones), Simon Ferenci (trumpet & flugelhorn), Judy Campbell (vocals), Ryan Grogan (piano), Brendan Clark (bass), Dave Goodman (drums).
